What we collect
How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and general information such as device type, browser and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We use it to understand how the site is used, not to identify you.
What you send us. If you email us at hello@buildkin.org, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and we use it to reply.
Technical information. Our hosting provider, Squarespace, processes standard request information such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and may set cookies needed for security. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
The site has no forms, accounts or sign-ups, and we don't collect payment information.
How it's shared
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't run advertising on this site. The service providers named above (Google, Squarespace, and Microsoft, which hosts our email) process information on our behalf to operate the site and our mail. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
The site doesn't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
